Quality Bathroom Lighting is a division of Bathroom Marketplace which was founded in 2014 as a result of inspiration from remodeling our own bathroom. We feel that the Bathroom is the most important room in the house. This is where we start and finish our day. We use our Bathroom to find quiet relaxation, but it's also a great space for the Birthplace of New Ideas and Inspiration. Did you know that some of the world's greatest inventors had their “Eureka!" moment while inside the bathroom?
Once the Bathroom was completed, we learned many valuable lessons which became the foundation of Quality Bathroom Lighting. First, we wanted to make it easier for customers to find the perfect Lighting so we listened closely to our customers and we asked questions:
• Did they measure correctly?
• Who uses the Lighting?
• What color scheme is the bathroom?
• Does the finish on their towel bar match the other accessory finishes?
• Does delivery time match up with their contractor's schedule?
We also align ourselves with manufacturers and distributors who build and deliver quality products at fair prices. We work with most major brands and build our relationships based on how well they can meet our customers' needs.
Lastly, Customer Service is key to our core foundation. We make our knowledge, integrity and service available 7 days a week. We have had thousands of our products featured on Houzz where we have been voted 'Best In Customer Service.'
